Do you find yourself rushing around and tensing during the day, and then collapsing at night?
You get so much done during the day and then afterwards at night you still feel exhausted and tense.
You want to unwind. You try to relax and maybe to relieve the back/neck TENSION and PAIN you accumulated during all that tensing and rushing. You collapse on the couch with a wheat bag or a glass of wine or a block of chocolate.
We don’t have to live our lives like this, even though our society is geared to this way of living.
It IS possible to stop flipping between tense and collapsed.
It IS possible to find a happy medium. A state of mindfulness, where we can be present to our body and our environment whilst carrying out our work and responsibilities… and still present to our body and our environment while we rest and recover.
What’s more, it IS possible to LET GO of back and neck tension WHILE getting our work done. All it takes is presence of mind, and knowing HOW to let go of key areas of postural tension.
Find a more balanced state, and release your back/neck tension and pain in the process.
